Giardino, the Garden, a green asylum of relaxation and contemplation, with touches of orange. Equilbrio, Balance, a sophisticated blend of Eastern ideas and the flavours of sweet milk and bitter ginseng. Scintille, the Sparks, with a myriad of tiny flashes of flavour from sparkling liquorice, awakening the taste buds. Cacao, or Cocoa, involving the intense but ingeniously tamed flavour of dark Chuao, both as coating and mousse, evoking red fruits and plums. Radici, the Roots, draws one down into the earth as it melts in the mouth, only to surprise the palate with gorgeous rhubarb.
